Bishop Lowes Developments initially acquired a plot with outline planning for a 2 bedroom detached cottage within the quaint conservation area of Benfleet. We identified an opportunity to purchase more land and gained planning for two almost identical cottages in 2012.
This side plot was identified adjacent to a semi-detached house. Planning for a four bedroom end of terraced house was approved and construction commenced in 2014.
